You will need to: Have qualifications in Governing body membership (NICEIC Approved Contractor/NAPIT/STROMA etc) and City & Guilds 7671 18th Edition/2391 Testing and Inspection Certificate. Carry sufficient stock to be able to complete most of the basic replace/refit works. Provide quotes and alternative solutions on jobs when required. Be willing to cover emergency/time-sensitive works, during normal working hours as well as evenings and weekends. Be confident in resolving issues in a quickly and time-efficient manner. Have access to your own works vehicle to travel to and from job sites. Act in a polite and professional manner. Be clean and tidy on all works. Have a Health and Safety Qualification.
