They are looking to appoint an experienced PLC / SCADA Software Engineer to join their Engineering & Projects team, supporting the development and delivery of software used to control automated plant and industrial processes.
This role offers the opportunity to work on projects from initial design through to testing, commissioning support and ongoing system development.
You will work closely with Process Engineers and fellow engineering specialists, translating operational requirements into robust and reliable automation solutions.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Developing PLC software used to control industrial plant and process equipment
- Creating, modifying and supporting SCADA applications
- Translating process requirements into practical automation solutions
- Working closely with Process Engineers to develop software functionality and system operation
- Configuring and maintaining software in line with established engineering standards
- Supporting testing, validation and commissioning activities
- Investigating faults and implementing software improvements where required
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation

- Experience developing PLC and control software within industrial environments
- Strong Allen-Bradley PLC programming experience, including RSLogix
