The Company Able Bridge Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an iconic Scottish business in the recruitment of a Learning and Development Manager in the west coast of Scotland.

The role is currently a stand-alone role, however once this appointment has been made, the incumbent will be responsible for growing the team.
The Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to design, implement and deliver a world-class learning and development framework that will be implemented across all areas of the business.
Our client has identified that training and development models can be difficult to implement so have introduced a "licence to operate" and a "licence to manage".
As part of these licenses, employees will be mandated to complete this L D modules.
