This vacancy, the result of a strategic focus, will report into the director of HR and will be office based for at least 3 days per week. The role is currently a stand-alone role; however, once this appointment has been made, the incumbent will be responsible for growing the team.

The Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to design, implement and deliver a world-class learning and development framework that will be implemented across all areas of the business. Our client has identified that training and development models can be difficult to implement, so they have introduced a 'licence to operate' and a 'licence to manage'. As part of these licenses, employees will be mandated to complete these L&D modules.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be responsible for the following:

  • Design and implement a forward-looking learning and development strategy aligned to organisational goals
  • Identify training needs across all areas
