The Company Able Bridge Recruitment are working with an SME in West Lothian who are seeking to hire an HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The company have expanded rapidly and have a proven appetite for acquiring businesses. Having recently employed a finance director and an accounts assistant through Able Bridge Recruitment, they are looking to bolster their HR team.

This vacancy is a newly created role which will report into the finance director and will be office based for at least 3 days per week.
The Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to provide the business with a first-class HR service which will result in a varied and interesting role. The role of HR Advisor in our client will touch upon all things HR including recruitment and onboarding to providing guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
The Requirements:
We are seeking a CIPD qualified or part qualified HR advisor who has a minimum of 3 years of working within an SME in an HR capacity (within the UK). We are seeking strong communication skills as well as the ability to prioritise and to manage your own workload. You will need to be able to commute to West Lothian by car as our client's location is not accessible by public transport. Our client is a small business in terms of staffing numbers so candidates will need to have an adaptable approach where no task is too much trouble. Our client does not hold a license to offer study support so will only consider applicants who are able to work unrestricted within the UK and who are based in the immediate vicinity.
