The Company Able Bridge Recruitment are currently working with a leading telecommunications business in the recruitment of an HR Advisor for their office based in Inverness. The role holder will be office based on a hybrid basis but will also support field based colleagues so travel will be required. The company, a multi-sited country wide offices have recently created this role due to continued growth. The Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager and the widder business in reaching operational and strategic goals. Whilst your core responsibilities will revolve around business-as-usual HR life cycle tasks, there are a number of new initiatives that are being introduced into the organisation which you will be involved in.
