Ablaze is seeking an enthusiastic Employability Workshop Manager to deliver our Employment & Skills workshops for NEET young people aged 16-25. The role is part-time (0.8 FTE) and based in Bristol, fixed-term for 2 years.
You will plan engaging sessions, adapt content to diverse learners, collect impact data, and support reporting for partners. You will work with the team to ensure high-quality delivery and meaningful outcomes for young people facing barriers to employment.
