About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review, triage, and identify standout customer stories
  • Engage real customers – conduct outreach and interviews to bring stories to life
  • Support global teams – collaborate with international partners across multiple markets
  • Create content – craft social posts, blog copy, and visual stories
  • Maintain operations – manage assets, trackers, and reporting
  • Think social-first – identify trends and translate them into high-performing content

  • Experience in social media, PR, or content marketing
