My client is seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to join their fast-growing automotive business and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working closely with dealer partners, and is passionate about delivering strong sales results.
In this position, you will take full ownership of sales performance within the assigned region. You will work closely with the dealer network to build strong partnerships, execute commercial strategies, and support the continuous growth of the brand's presence and market share in the UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies that help dealers achieve and exceed their sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:
