Are you a PUBLIC RELATIONS professional with a passion for shaping brand reputation within the AUTOMOTIVE landscape? My client is looking for a PR Manager to develop communication strategy, strengthen media relationships and support integrated brand campaigns. If you thrive in a role that blends strategic storytelling with hands-on delivery, this position is ideal.

Salary: Competitive - depending on experience and current salary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term PR frameworks and execution plans covering brand, corporate and product communications.
  • Coordinate with global teams and adapt communication initiatives for the local market.
  • Partner with social, marketing and creative teams to deliver integrated activities.
  • Collaborate across departments including product, retail and aftersales.
  • Establish and maintain strong media relationships.
  • Draft and distribute press releases independently or with agency partners.
  • Manage crisis communication processes and support escalation planning.
  • Organise media events, press engagements and small-format corporate sessions.
  • Provide event summaries and insights to guide future planning.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications or relevant discipline.
  • Extensive PR or communications experience, ideally within automotive or agency environments.
  • Strong media relationship development skills.
  • Innovative, proactive and comfortable working in busy environments.
  • Excellent coordination, planning and execution ability.
  • Strong resilience and ability to handle pressure.
  • Cross-cultural experience beneficial.
