The role requires strong operational control, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions driven approach to ensure high landlord satisfaction, smooth tenancy cycles, and full regulatory compliance. You will act as the primary liaison for landlords, tenants, contractors, and block management teams, ensuring all maintenance, tenancy, and compliance processes are executed to a high professional standard. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Management (Training and support provided where required) Oversee all maintenance activity using Fixflo, managing the complete workflow from tenant triage through to quotation, contractor instruction, invoice approval, and final sign off.
