Gather feedback from retailers and track competitor finance activity to support continuous improvement. Lead quarterly performance reviews and recommend adjustments based on insights. Collaborate on volume planning to align campaigns with opportunities and stock levels. Support product teams with pricing exercises and customer insight activities. Oversee communication of offers across digital and print channels. Conduct structured testing with retailers and customers to refine processes and campaign structures. Support additional business requirements where necessary. Requirements Extensive experience in automotive commercial operations, ideally within an OEM environment. Background in tactical or finance-led campaign activity with proven impact on vehicle sales. Strong understanding of retail consumer finance. Experience across core campaign management responsibilities. Relevant qualification desirable. Commercially minded with strong drive to deliver results
