About the Role

You’ll sit at the heart of a collaborative team, working closely with social media experts and content creators to deliver compelling user-generated content (UGC) that resonates worldwide. From spotting powerful customer stories to shaping them into engaging social content, you’ll help define how the brand connects with audiences globally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review, triage, and identify standout customer stories
- Engage real customers – conduct outreach and interviews to bring stories to life
- Support global teams – collaborate with international partners across multiple markets
- Create content – craft social posts, blog copy, and visual stories
- Maintain operations – manage assets, trackers, and reporting
- Think social-first – identify trends and translate them into high-performing content
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in social media, PR, or content marketing
- Strong storytelling instinct and understanding of social content performance
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
