You will play a key role in tracking aftersales performance, managing reports, coordinating meetings, and helping the team spot opportunities to improve. You will be at the heart of a growing network, helping the team make smarter, data-backed decisions. Your work will directly influence how efficiently aftersales runs and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Duties:
- Keep an eye on aftersales KPIs like customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue, and parts sales.
- Collect, manage, and maintain operational data from regional and HQ teams.
- Build dashboards, prepare reports, and turn numbers into clear insights.
- Organise regular meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow up with the team.
- Support the management team with admin tasks, internal reports, and presentation materials.
- Identify process bottlenecks and help implement improvements to make things run smoother.
Recruitment:
- 3+ years of experience in aftersales, operations, data analysis, or business admin.
