You will play a key role in tracking aftersales performance, managing reports, coordinating meetings, and helping the team spot opportunities to improve. Duties:
- Keep an eye on aftersales KPIs like customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue, and parts sales.
- Collect, manage, and maintain operational data from regional and HQ teams.
- Build dashboards, prepare reports, and turn numbers into clear insights.
- Organise regular meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow up with the team.
