Multilingual Careline Advisor (French, Dutch & English) Salary: £29,500 Hours: 40 hours per week Operational hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm / Saturday 9am-2pm Hybrid We are seeking a fluent French and Dutch speaker to join a fun, friendly multilingual team as a Careline Advisor based in central London (2 days in the office, the rest from home). This isn’t your average customer service job – you\’ll be supporting people across Europe with product queries, social media conversations, and all kinds of care-related comms for a much-loved household brand. You’ll be the person they turn to when they need support, a bit of reassurance, or a fast solution. Whether that’s a question on Instagram, a product concern, or a curious query about nutrition – you\’ll handle it with empathy, clarity, and a touch of personality.
