This role is for a MANDARIN speaker with a background in Network Construction in the Telecoms Industry. My client is looking for an experienced Mandarin Speaking Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Germany and Europe. This is a hands-on role offering real ownership from early pre-sales engagement through delivery and ongoing customer operations. DUTIES:
- Take full ownership of multiple projects, managing the entire life-cycle from pre-sales through implementation and customer handover.
- Act as the key point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all stages.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with a forward-looking and solution-focused approach.
- Track progress against milestones and deliverables, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Prepare and maintain all project initiation and governance documentation.
- Provide regular, clear status updates to stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Lead project teams on-site when required, motivating team members and driving performance.
- Work in a busy, problem-solving environment that values teamwork, accountability, and innovation.
- Travel to different project locations as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or a closely related role.
- Strong background in networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience delivering data centre, enterprise IT systems, or system integration projects.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in complex environments.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical detail into clear business outcomes.
- Strong organisational, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Confident communicator who can adapt messaging to technical teams, management, and clients.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; German language skills are a strong plus.
- Flexible, resilient, and motivated to take on challenging assignments.
