The Role
As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and delivering a seamless candidate experience, all while juggling multiple vacancies and shifting priorities. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, commercially aware, and comfortable recruiting in a high-volume, high-expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across EMEA, from intake to offer.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic hiring insights and market intelligence.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple roles simultaneously, ideally in a high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise.
- Experience recruiting across EMEA markets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting within technology, cloud, or engineering environments.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
