Our client, a global leader in e-commerce and digital retail, is seeking a highly organised, data-driven French speaking Campaign Manager to join their rapidly growing European Grocery division. You will join a high-performing international marketing team responsible for driving customer engagement, traffic and topline performance across multiple European markets. The Role
As the Campaign Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of traffic-driving campaigns across O&O channels - including email, push notifications, onsite placements and more - for multiple European grocery markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, schedule and deploy O&O traffic campaigns across 2 European markets and languages (including email, push, onsite placements and more).
- Act as the main point of contact for local marketing teams, ensuring alignment on campaign details, copy, creative and timelines.
- Use automation tools, templates and workflows to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and make data-driven optimisations to hit traffic and engagement targets.
- Partner with analytics teams to generate insights, reporting and recommendations for future campaign planning.
- Conduct thorough pre-launch checks to ensure flawless execution, brand consistency and a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as the local language and market expert, supporting central teams with cultural nuances, messaging and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement localised messaging and targeting strategies to maximise customer engagement and topline performance.
- Manage campaign calendars, scheduling and coordination across multiple markets simultaneously.
Essential Requirements
- Fluent in French
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, engineering or a related field
- Experience with digital marketing tools (email, CRM, web analytics, automation platforms)
- Experience in onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing or digital advertising
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel or Tableau (pivot tables, charts, data manipulation)
- Ability to use data and metrics to measure impact and drive improvements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills
