Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies that support brand and product objectives.
- Manage paid media across search, display, social, affiliates and retargeting channels.
- Lead organic growth through SEO and SEM initiatives.
- Oversee website content, UX improvements and performance analysis.
- Work cross-functionally with retail, PR and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Develop CRM and email programmes that support lead nurturing and conversion.
- Review digital effectiveness via analytics tools such as GA4 and platform dashboards.
- Track and optimise channel budgets to deliver strong ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new digital opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with advertising and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Degree in digital marketing, communications or similar field.
- Five+ years' experience managing digital activity, ideally within automotive, consumer goods or technology.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising and email strategy.
- Experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of major social and paid platforms.
- Experience with CRM or automation systems.
- Analytical, commercially aware and comfortable interpreting data.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Automotive experience beneficial.
