Are you an experienced Campaign Manager with a solid background in live sport and a strong grasp of brand strategy? This role offers the opportunity to take the lead on high-profile campaigns in a fast-paced environment, working at the centre of some of the UK's most-watched live sports events. If you're organised, proactive and ready to take ownership, we'd like to hear from you.

We're looking for a UK Live Events Brand Manager/Campaign Manager to join a creative, collaborative and driven marketing team at the heart of live sports campaign delivery. This role is all about ownership, energy, and execution, so if you're the kind of person who sees a gap and jumps in to fix it, keeps things moving, and keeps standards high, you'll be in good company.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading end-to-end strategy and execution of integrated brand campaigns for major live sporting events
  • Developing engaging marketing assets across ATL and BTL, with a strong creative eye and commercial sensibility
  • Acting as the key connector between internal teams (creative, insights, PR, legal, ops) and external agencies, keeping everyone aligned and on track
  • Managing campaign timelines, deliverables and dependencies with an eagle eye for detail
  • Flagging issues early, offering solutions, and making smart, informed trade-offs where needed
  • Analysing campaign performance, drawing insights, and feeding them back into future work
  • Representing live sports brands with authenticity, clarity, and creative flair

Who You Are:

  • A highly motivated marketing generalist with at least 3-5 years of experience in campaign or brand marketing, specifically within live sport (especially football)
  • A confident project manager who can juggle multiple deadlines, teams and moving parts with ease
  • Calm under pressure, organised to a fault, and not afraid to escalate when needed
  • A strong communicator and relationship-builder who knows how to get the best out of creative and media agencies
  • Curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve the work and how we work
  • Comfortable working at pace, adapting to last-minute changes (especially in live sport), and thriving in a busy, buzzy environment

What You Bring:

  • Experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of the live sports landscape in the UK (football in particular) and what it takes to engage passionate fans
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders and bringing together cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, can-do approach with the confidence to take ownership and lead from the front
  • An open mindset and a positive attitude, we're looking for energy, initiative, and someone who lifts those around them

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile, fast-moving environment at the centre of the live sports experience. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the full campaign cycle, collaborate with some of the best creative minds in the industry, and help shape how live events are brought to fans across the UK.

You'll be working on household-name events, with the chance to own projects from start to finish and make a real impact. If you're passionate about live sport, campaign marketing, and working in a creative, fast-paced environment, this one's for you.
