Key areas of responsibility include improving finance floorplan usage, leading structured performance evaluations, safeguarding brand standards, and strengthening the Used Car Programme. \\n\\nThe position requires close collaboration with retailers, financial partners, and internal teams to elevate profitability, operational quality, and network-wide performance. \\n\\nTITLE: Business Development Manager \\n\\nSalary: Competitive (based on experience and current compensation) + Benefits \\n\\nSector: Automotive \\n\\nLocation: London \\n\\nLanguage: English \\n\\nWork style: Field-Based Role, with infrequent trips down to London \\n\\nKey Responsibilities \\n\\nServe as the main contact for retailer finance floorplan performance, utilisation, and optimisation \\nEstablish clear commercial guidelines and promote best practice across the retail network \\nPartner with finance providers and retailers to identify challenges, opportunities, and efficiency gains \\nEnsure retailer sites uphold brand requirements across presentation, operations, and customer experience \\nCarry out routine site visits and audits, delivering structured feedback and improvement plans \\nSupport retailers with facility upgrades, refurbishment projects, and brand compliance activities \\nLead comprehensive composite performance reviews across sales, finance, aftersales, used vehicles, and customer-related indicators \\nTrack progress against established KPIs and agreed actions, ensuring continuous improvement \\nUse performance data to spotlight strong-performing retailers and identify those needing targeted support \\nStrengthen adoption and consistency of the brand's Used Car Programme \\nPromote best practice to improve used car profitability and enhance overall brand reputation \\nUndertake additional duties as directed by senior leadership \\n\\nRequirements \\n\\nBachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Commercial Analysis, or a related area \\nMinimum of 3 years' experience within the automotive OEM environment \\nStrong commercial awareness with a proactive, outcome‑driven working style \\nAbility to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities \\nExperience collaborating with agencies or external service partners \\nConfident, diligent, adaptable, and resilient, with strong stakeholder engagement skills \\nEnglish required as the working language \\nWillingness to travel frequently throughout the region
