Overview
Gorgeous MARKETING role within K-BEAUTY cosmetics and skincare. You will get very involved in every aspect of new cosmetic product launches, manage events, create exciting promotional opportunities and liaise with influencers. You will support the UK manager and be the lynch-pin with all the retailers, as well as help to train their Beauty Advisors on the benefits of the skincare, how to apply and its benefits. This is a wonderful job, working for a truly delightful boss who knows her subject well and will support and look after you as you both work together to grow the success of the brand. Exciting role with lots to get your teeth into as well as a genuinely nice team of people to work with.
TITLE: Assistant Marketing Manager SKINCARE & Cosmetics
Salary up to 50,000 p/a + 10% bonus ( extra 5k depending on performance)
Location : Surrey
Work style; Hybrid ( 2 days wfh. 3 days are office based)
The company
Global skincare business that is looking for support in the marketing team with Product Launches, general product marketing and who can manage an influencer ( and external agency) network You will need experience in branding , new product launches , and cosmetics or skincare ideally as part of the role will involve training the in-store Beauty Advisors who are selling the product directly to customers . The role will involve visiting the stores and also some visual merchandising management as the company expands into major retailers across the UK . The role is fast moving and exciting and would suit someone with a solid skincare or beauty marketing background
Duties
Create gorgeous and engaging campaigns for a well known beauty brand
- Create campaigns that work across EU
- Liaise with advertising and Marketing agencies to develop campaign ideas
- Devise a long-term marketing strategy with targets and outcomes around market share
Social media
- Plan & launch/PR events
- Establish and develop influencer relationships
- Create compelling content on Instagram and TikTok
Product Management
- Develop the Retail and Brand Marketing plan for various beauty products
- Put together PR campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Support NPD launches
- Plan and deliver Training to in-store Beauty Advisors
- Create beauty training materials
REQUIREMENTS
- Some previous Marketing experience within beauty/cosmetics and skincare
- A demonstrable passion for Beauty
- Fluent English ( other languages are very useful )
- Experience of managing retailer relationships
