A well-established international organisation is seeking a Senior Administration Officer to support the smooth day-to-day running of its London office. This is a varied and hands-on position covering office operations, facilities coordination, supplier management, budgeting support, purchasing, records management, and internal administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Administration function across the business
- Manage petty cash, monitor expenditure, process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Check invoices carefully to avoid duplicate payments and ensure compliance
- Order and control office supplies, stationery and refreshments
- Review supplier pricing regularly and maintain supplier databases
- Coordinate office maintenance works, obtain quotations and liaise with contractors
- Monitor service standards from outsourced office support providers
- Maintain employee contact records and assist with ID / access card requests
- Oversee archiving systems, document storage and retrieval processes
- Maintain inventory and fixed asset registers in line with company policy
- Assist with budgets, expenditure tracking and reporting
- Provide general office administration including meetings, agendas, filing and reception cover when required
- Support IT-related coordination projects, systems implementation and internal digital tools where needed
Requirement
- 3–5+ years’ administration, office management or operations experience
- Previous experience in a corporate or international business environment preferred
- Strong numeracy skills with confidence handling invoices, costs and budgets
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised approach
- Good supplier management and purchasing experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to prioritise workload and work independently
- Practical problem-solver with a proactive mindset
