We’re recruiting a Business Development Specialist (Business‑Level German Speaker) to join a fast‑growing, ambitious sales team within a globally recognised travel and experiences brand. You’ll be working at the heart of an evolving sales organisation, influencing strategy while delivering outstanding results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making high‑volume outbound sales calls in German to engage potential business clients
  • Testing, refining and improving sales pitches and approaches
  • Feeding back on what resonates with German‑speaking markets to shape sales strategy
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Business‑level fluency in German (spoken and written) – essential
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Confidence with frequent outbound calling and strong time‑management skills
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential
