The Opportunity

As Vendor Manager for Physical Music (Vinyl & CD) across Italy and Spain, you will own strategic vendor relationships, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with label relations teams to launch artist-focused initiatives that excite fans and elevate the customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing physical music vendor accounts across Italy and Spain
  • Driving profitable revenue growth through strategic planning and negotiation
  • Partnering with label relations teams to launch artist campaigns and fan-engagement initiatives
  • Using data to influence decisions, optimise performance, and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborating with EU Music Vendor Managers to share learnings and scale mechanisms
  • Owning business analysis, forecasting, and P&L management

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in vendor management, account management, buying, or program/project management
  • Ability to use data to influence decisions
