Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Registrations Executive to play a key role in delivering high-quality registration and compliance processes.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end registration lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience. This role offers a blend of operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex registration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times
• Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Review applications, documentation, and supporting evidence against regulatory
requirements
• Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and quality assurance
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Handle escalations and resolve queries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and reporting to support business needs
About You
• Proven experience in registrations, compliance, or a similar regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting or mentoring team members would be advantageous
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset
