This role will focus on driving the evolution of payment operations across multiple European markets, developing scalable processes, improving efficiency through automation, and leading strategic operational projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of automated payment and invoicing processes.
- Develop and document comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational transitions.
- Manage strategic projects including entity creation, billing process implementation, and payment system enhancements.
- Oversee payment processing activities, reconciliations, invoice management, cost validation, and dispute resolution.
- Produce regular reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
