The Role
As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while managing multiple vacancies and shifting priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a high volume, high performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end to end recruitment across EMEA, from role briefing through to offer
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high quality talent
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing market insight and hiring guidance
• Manage multiple live roles simultaneously while maintaining a high quality candidate experience
• Partner effectively with stakeholders to influence hiring decisions and timelines

Essential Requirements
• Proven experience managing multiple roles in a high volume recruitment environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise
• Experience recruiting across EMEA markets
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Business level fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential
