We're looking for a
Spanish-speaking Destination Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of destinations across Spain and other Spanish-speaking markets for a leading global travel experiences platform.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and attraction partners.
- Identify opportunities to grow destination performance through data and market insights.
- Source new products and experiences to strengthen the marketplace offering.
- Improve pricing, availability, conversion and overall product quality.
- Support commercial negotiations and long-term partner growth.
- Use reporting and analytics to make informed business decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Experience in Account Management, Partner Management or a similar commercial role.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Excel, Tableau, Looker or Power BI is advantageous.
