DUTIES:

  • Reporting & pricing management
    • General fleet orders management & vehicle administration
    • Tracking car orders, monitoring stock levels, checking registrations
    • Use of Excel to maintain information and help forecast/track demand
    • Doing quarterly pricing updates & checking special pricing terms for customers
    • Updating fleet prices and discounts
  • Customer service
    • Speaking with leasing companies, fleet customers, and dealers
    • Organising and coordinating car delivery timelines (dealers/customers)
    • Helping dealers with their fleet programmes
  • Managing the Demo fleet
    • Managing the company's demo vehicles
    • Generally managing the location of the vehicles/availability/returns
  • Supporting marketing and events
    • Providing admin support for dealer fleet marketing campaigns
    • Assisting with dealer events and tracking results
    • Providing marketing materials and point-of-sale materials
    • Social media outreach and communications
  • Motability support
    • Support dealers/customers with terms of Motability scheme
    • Ensure legal processes are followed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience within the automotive and/or leasing
  • Experience in Fleet Administration and working with customers
  • Excel
