This is a 100% REMOTE Sales Training role in Scotland. Very exciting high impact role in which you will be delivering in-person and online sales training to retail car dealerships. You will be visiting retail offices, coaching sales teams and contributing to increased vehicle sales, finance penetration and overall retailer profitability as well as better commissions for your trainees! This is a wonderfully dynamic and varied role that combines a good automotive background with coaching and sales training, making it both commercially important and a personally rewarding opportunity.
The role is 100% remote and very exciting, where your training will directly influence car dealership performance, sales capability and customer experience across a retail network. You will be delivering in-person training, coaching sales teams and supporting dealerships in improving their processes. This role directly contributes to increased vehicle sales, finance penetration and overall retailer profitability as well as better commissions for your trainees. You will work closely with dealerships in Scotland, solving real business challenges, building relationships and seeing the direct impact of your training on performance.
Duties:
- In person deliver high-impact sales training to car dealerships
- Check for skills shortfalls
- Help to continuously upskill new and existing retailers
- Support car model launches
- Undertake event-based training
- Develop eLearning modules, toolkits and classroom materials
- Identify underperforming retailers and deliver targeted performance-improvement interventions
- Provide mystery-shop coaching, sales-journey refinement and tailored practice sessions
- Deliver in-person and virtual training
Requirements:
- Previous experience in delivery of automotive sales training
- A background in sales process, customer experience
- Understanding of franchise retail operations
- Car driver
