You'll have genuine influence over dealer performance, customer experience and the standards that define the brand in the UK.
Rather than maintaining an established network, you'll help shape its culture, processes and long-term success, working closely with senior leadership in a business where good ideas are recognised and individuals can make a visible impact." TITLE : Automotive Regional Aftersales Manager Salary : circa £60,000 + 15 % bonus and car (salary is possibly negotiable for the right person ) Sector : automotive Location ; Remote/Field based covering SOUTH ENGLAND The role This is a very interesting role and arguably much more interesting than a standard Aftersales Manager role .
In this unique role you're helping to create the UK aftersales network from the ground up.
That means your ideas, processes and influence genuinely matter .
Because the UK operation is still relatively small, you'll work closely with senior leadership rather than being one of hundreds of regional managers, so this will give you much higher visibility across the business and in terms of career.
