We're looking for a highly organised, solutions-oriented Project Manager to join a global in-house creative production team on a 3-month initial contract with potential for extension. This is a hands-on, mid-senior level opportunity ideal for someone with 4–6 years of experience managing complex creative projects within fast-paced marketing or agency environments.

In this hybrid role, you'll support the delivery of content across a wide variety of formats—working closely with internal creatives, external agencies, and production partners to drive execution across brand, digital, and video campaigns. You’ll be managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, while ensuring flawless creative delivery that meets brand standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of creative projects—from brief to delivery
  • Coordinating global stakeholders and production partners
  • Supporting the Senior Production Manager on roadmap-aligned, high-impact work
  • Maintaining structure and clarity using tools like Asana and DAM platforms
  • Occasionally travelling internationally for shoots

Who we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in project coordination, creative operations, or production
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines
  • Confident, collaborative, and solutions-focused in approach
  • Skilled in project management software (especially Asana); familiarity with asset management systems is a plus
  • Previous in-house or agency experience preferred
  • Bonus if you’ve worked on employer brand or global campaigns

This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-performing global creative team, delivering impactful, visually rich campaigns that shape brand perception at scale. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and are ready to lead with clarity and purpose—we’d love to hear from you.
