You'll be joining a wellâestablished research consultancy known for delivering highâquality insights to global clients. This role is fully officeâbased in the West End, where you'll work closely with experienced research professionals and project managers.
The Project
You will be part of a global research initiative focused on gathering detailed insights from executives within small to mediumâsized US enterprises. The study explores business sentiment and perspectives on the current economic climate.
You'll be provided with targeted contact lists, though in some cases you may need to identify the correct decisionâmaker within an organisation. Interviews are structured, combining both quantitative and qualitative questions, and require initiative and a thoughtful, engaging approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone outreach to targeted US business respondents and convert calls into full interviews
- Guide respondents through structured quantitative and qualitative interview questions
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and call outcomes
- Capture and record interview responses clearly and precisely
- Work closely with Project Managers to provide progress updates and flag any issues or insights arising during fieldwork
Requirements
- Fluent English to motherâtongue standard (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with seniorâlevel respondents
- Comfortable and motivated by conducting cold calls - persistent, polite, and professional
- Targetâdriven with strong attention to detail and a commitment to highâquality work
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to build rapport quickly, probe effectively, and conduct thoughtful, inâdepth interviews
