We’re hiring a News Monitoring Coordinator to join a fast-paced, global communications team within a leading multinational organisation. This role sits at the heart of the communications function, acting as an early warning system for media activity and ensuring internal teams stay informed and prepared to respond.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring news coverage throughout the day to spot relevant stories
- Flagging important media developments and emerging risks
- Managing incoming press enquiries and routing them to the right teams
- Maintaining logs, reports, and internal communication tools
- Supporting the wider communications team with operational tasks
A Typical Day
- Conduct media sweeps regularly (every ~30 minutes)
