Key Responsibilities for a HR Manager Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, and performance matters. Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with employment legislation and best practice. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, and ongoing employee development. Work closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational development, employee engagement, and business improvement initiatives. Support the effective management and compliance of company-wide operational responsibilities alongside the HR function.
