Marketing Operations Manager – Contract | Branded Content | Streaming Platform
Location: London – Office Based (flexible due to occasional US aligned working hours)
Hours: 40 per week, with flexibility to ocasionally work aligned hours with the US.
We’re hiring an experienced Operations Manager to support the delivery of advertiser-funded content for a global streaming platform. This is an exciting chance to work at the crossroads of entertainment, technology, and advertising ensuring branded campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
You’ll take ownership of onboarding production partners, managing campaign timelines, coordinating technical workflows, and serving as the operational point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational delivery of branded content campaigns
- Lead partner onboarding and asset setup via content management tools
- Track deliverables, monitor milestones, and escalate risks where needed
- Collaborate with production partners, advertisers, and global internal teams
- Maintain documentation and create clear partner-facing resources

- Solid experience in operations or project management (media, advertising, or content preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows independently
- Familiarity with digital content workflows or streaming delivery platforms is a bonus
