MANUFACTURING SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT . You will be working for a well known and highly profitable and stable Engineering company. The role is truly lovely, and the company culture is supportive, with a low staff-turnover. Most people in the business have been there for many years and feel part of the close-knit team , earning well and enable to have a nice work/life balance . You must have had previous experience of living or working in the Middle East and have a really good cultural understanding of the sales processes and the very personal networking skills that this role will demand. This is definitely not a hard-sales environment, and the company prides itself on its outstanding levels of customer care and customer retention. This role would NOT suit someone with an old-style aggressive sales manner, and you will need to use empathy, and get to know your customers very well to build up trust and confidence that will span the decades .
TITLE: Manufacturing Engineering Sales Manager
Team : Middle East ENGINEERING

Work style: M-F 8.30-5pm . 4 days Monday-Thursday office based, Friday is wfh
Salary: up to £70,000 + 10% bonus ( the salary is negotiable)

Essential experience : Car driver is essential ( the office is not easy to get to on public transport)
Sector experience: Previous experience of working with the middle east, ideally in manufacturing
The Company
You will be working for a well-known and highly profitable company. In this position you will be growing the Middles East business and will approach manufacturing companies to introduce and promote services . This company replaces the spare parts of large manufacturing equipment, and your job would be to approach manufacturers and develop new business via personal relationship development, networking and referrals. The role is lovely and the company culture is supportive, with a low staff-turnover. This is not a hard-sales environment as the company prides itself on customer care and customer retention above all . DUTIES: Target Customers are manufacturers based in the Middle East who need spare parts for their machinery
- Lead Generation: Research and then approach potential manufacturing customers based in the Middle East
- Identify decision makers and approaching them via email and over the phone.. Introduce them to the website so that the manufacturer can send over enquiries for quotations
- manage enquiries from the website asking for a quotation for a specific spare part for a piece of manufacturing enquiries
- attend networking events
- Identify which spare part is required by the customer and speak to a preferred supplier
- Get a quotation /liaise with the customer
- Providing a tip-top level of customer care in order to create deep relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of living and working in the Middles East is essential
- Fluent Arabic is useful ( not essential )
- Manufacturing or Engineering sector experience would be helpful
