We are partnering with a forward-thinking law firm to recruit an experienced Litigation Criminal Solicitor to join their dedicated team. This role focuses on high-volume property civil litigation and a range of criminal defence matters, offering excellent exposure to diverse casework and opportunities to grow your practice within a supportive environment. Core Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload of property related civil litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, boundary disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, and property repossessions.
- Manage criminal defence cases such as bail applications, speeding offences, DUI, and PI claims arising from criminal incidents.
- Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients, guiding them through the litigation/criminal process from initial consultation to resolution.
