I'm currently working with an established international bank in London that is looking to appoint a

Branding & Administration Officer to join its HR & Administration team.

This is a varied position offering exposure across corporate branding, event management, internal communications and office administration, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Branding & Communications
  • Support the delivery of corporate branding initiatives and help maintain a consistent corporate image.
  • Coordinate branding materials, website updates and communication content.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, promotional materials and internal communications.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support branding and communication activities.
  • Corporate Events
  • Support the planning and delivery of internal and external corporate events.
  • Coordinate business meetings, networking events, conferences and official delegations.
  • Liaise with external organisations, suppliers and service providers to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Administration & Corporate Services
  • Prepare reports, management presentations and Power Point materials.
  • Maintain internal communication platforms and support information sharing across the business.
  • Assist with fixed asset administration, document management and office records.
  • Coordinate business travel, visitor arrangements, accommodation and other administrative support.
  • Support the wider HR & Administration team with day-to-day operational activities.

Requirement

  • Previous experience in Administration, Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, Events, Marketing Support or Office Management.
  • Experience within banking, financial services or another professional services environment would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Power Point, Excel and Word.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin are essential.
