This is a lovely role for a qualified or part-qualified ACCA ACCOUNTANT who is based in the MANCHESTER area. THE ROLE:
- Manage, oversee and complete audit assignments
- Work closely with clients
- Review the work completed by your team
- Prepare and monitor budgets
- Work to completion deadlines
- Ensure all auditing compliance standards and guidelines are adhered to
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess business risks and implement effective controls
- Team Management: Coach and manage the team, develop and mentor talent, address team performance and address shortfalls in a collaborative manner
- Liaise across the firm with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified or part-qualified Accountant: ACCA/equivalent qualified accountant
- Audit Practice Experience
- Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting and auditing standards, including FRS and IFRS
- Experience of Caseware and CCH (helpful, not essential)
