This new role is an opportunity to play a key role in the design, delivery and development of training programs for one of the UK’s fastest growing automotive brands, with quite a premium brand vision! My client is entering an exciting phase of growth within the UK automotive market and is looking to appoint a Retailer Training Specialist to elevate capability across its retail network. It offers the opportunity to directly influence performance, shape training strategy, and make a measurable impact across multiple dealership locations.

- Deliver structured onboarding programmes, supporting both new and existing retail partners through high-quality induction training.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions across multiple formats, including in-person sessions and virtual classrooms aligned to accreditation pathways.
- Lead training delivery at new vehicle and product launch events, ensuring clear, confident messaging across the network.
- Contribute to the development of training materials alongside internal stakeholders, including digital learning modules and classroom content.
- Provide targeted, on-site coaching focused on sales process adherence, customer experience improvements, and mystery shop outcomes.
- Design and deliver tailored training interventions to address evolving business needs across the network.
- Partner closely with regional stakeholders to identify performance gaps and deploy effective training solutions.
- Support wider training initiatives and projects in line with business priorities.
OBJECTIVE background in AUTOMOTIVE sales training, gained within an OEM or retail environment.
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, typically spending the majority of the week in the field.
Comfortable working with digital learning systems and content creation tools.
Full UK driving licence required.
