A global leader in cloud technology and digital innovation is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its high‑performing EMEA Talent Acquisition team. Based in the organisation’s Holborn office, you will play a key role in delivering high‑volume, business‑critical hiring across multiple EMEA markets. As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while managing multiple vacancies and shifting priorities. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a high‑volume, high‑performance environment.

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across EMEA, from role briefing through to offer
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high‑quality talent
  • Manage multiple live roles simultaneously while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple roles in a high‑volume recruitment environment
  • Experience recruiting across EMEA markets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous
