The role in a nutshell: Supporting an exclusive portfolio of UK and EU skincare brands as their growth requires top talent and will work on up to 20 vacancies at a time.
Stakeholder communications- Communicate with decision makers across each brand and identify their “forward planning” recruitment needs
- Create a talent “business plan” in order to identify where the best talent will come from, budgets, time frames, and to identify skills shortfalls
- Set up agreed selection criteria with the line managers
- Identify, source, liaise with your international passive and active candidate pipeline
- Advertise or source and screen CVs, interview and then manage the talent pool through the entire screening process
- Create shortlists
- Manage up to 20 “open” vacancies at a time
- Run employer brand activations in social media, develop relevant content for Talent Communities. Drive engagement
- Build an engaged talent eco-system
- Attend beauty sector-relevant recruitment events
- Previous high-volume recruitment experience is essential
- A background in beauty or skincare sector is essential
- Fluent English (French, Italian or Spanish are useful)
- Degree educated (ideally)
