Gorgeous senior marketing executive role within K-beauty cosmetics and skincare. You will get very involved in every aspect of supporting the growth of 3-4 K‐skincare brands and associated new cosmetic product launches, manage events, create exciting promotional opportunities and liaise with influencers. You will support the UK Brand Manager. This is a wonderful job, working in a high‐achieving team that is passionate about skincare and the extraordinary benefits of its Korean products, which combine skincare with beauty and are at the very cutting edge of developments in the beauty industry. The team is supportive and together you will grow the success of the brands you will work on. This is an exciting role with lots to get your teeth into as well as a genuinely nice team of people to work with.
Salary: Up to £40,000 p/a + 10% bonus (extra £4k depending on performance)

Global K‐beauty skincare business is looking for support in the marketing team with new product launches, general product marketing and someone who can manage an influencer (and external agency) network. You must have previous experience in skincare branding, new product launches and the beauty industry. The role is expanding and may occasionally involve visiting the retail clients (physical stores) to understand visual merchandising management and product placement in store as the company expands into major retailers across the UK. The role is fast‐moving and exciting and would suit someone with a solid skincare or beauty marketing background.
Duties
- Create gorgeous and engaging campaigns for fast‐growth K‐beauty brands.
- Work closely with a brand management teammate on 3+ beauty brands, focusing on marketing communications and campaign management.
- Create campaigns that work across EU.
- Liaise with advertising and marketing agencies to develop campaign ideas.
- Devise a long‐term marketing strategy with targets and outcomes around market share.
- Establish and develop influencer relationships.
- Create compelling content on Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop the retail and brand marketing plan for various beauty products.
- Put together PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and support NPD launches.
- Create beauty training materials.
Requirements
- Marketing experience within beauty/cosmetics and skincare.
- Fluent English (other languages are very useful).
