An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR leader to join a leading international energy company as Head of Human Resources. This is a high-impact leadership role, working closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver a regional people strategy that supports business growth, organisational excellence and long-term success across multiple jurisdictions.
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of both the strategic and operational HR agenda, leading the development of a modern, commercially focused HR function across the region.
- Design and implement the regional HR framework, including organisational design, job grading, performance management and reward structures.
- Develop HR policies, procedures and governance across multiple countries while ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and employer branding initiatives to support continued business growth.
- Manage compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking, payroll, pensions and HR budgeting.
- Oversee UK immigration, Sponsor Licence compliance and Right to Work processes.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, succession planning and leadership development.
- Build HR reporting and people analytics to support strategic business decisions.
- Lead and develop the regional HR team while acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior management.
You will be an experienced HR leader who enjoys building high-performing HR functions, influencing senior stakeholders and working within a dynamic international environment. Significant HR leadership experience within the energy, oil & gas sector is required, along with strong knowledge of UK employment law, payroll, pensions and immigration compliance. Proven experience in organisational design, HR transformation and change management, as well as excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, are essential.
