My client is searching for an experienced retail marketing professional to support the continued growth of their UK dealer network. This role is vital in delivering high‑impact retail and fleet marketing activity, strengthening regional brand execution, and supporting local dealer partners with initiatives that drive performance. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping how the brand is represented throughout the UK retail landscape.
Salary: Up to £80,000 + benefits (company car, ECOS scheme, salary sacrifice, private medical, life, dental and critical illness insurance from day 1)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver retail and fleet marketing campaigns including new model launches, tactical activity, and quarterly initiatives.
- Localise national campaigns across regional markets while ensuring full alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support dealer partners through media planning, campaign execution, and development of local marketing strategies.
- Plan and deliver dealer launch events, test drive activations, and showroom experiences.
- Oversee the distribution and utilisation of POS materials, signage, and digital assets across the dealer network.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for field sales teams and dealer partners.
- Provide training, toolkits, and guidance to dealer marketing contacts.
- Ensure adherence to corporate identity standards and consistent brand execution across all retail touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with regional agencies and suppliers supporting local campaign delivery.
Performance and Reporting
- Track and analyse marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, footfall, and ROI.
- Deliver regular reporting and insight-driven recommendations to improve local performance.
- Maintain awareness of automotive retail trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing innovations.
Budget and Operations
- Own and manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring spend is strategically aligned and delivers strong ROI.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial reporting.
- Work closely with digital and product teams to align online and offline retail marketing initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or dealer network support.
- Strong understanding of retail channel dynamics, customer journey, and local marketing execution.
- Experience delivering events, POS programmes, and large-scale retail activations.
- Strong project management capability with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence dealer stakeholders.
- Confident using marketing platforms, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to travel across the UK to support dealer initiatives.
