Rate: ÂŁ45 per hour
The Team
You'll be part of the Creator Sponsorships team, a newly formed group scaling rapidly to deliver cuttingâedge influencer marketing solutions. This team is at the forefront of building advertising formats that help creators grow their revenue while offering brands authentic ways to connect with audiences. The team is still in its growth phase, so you'll be joining at an exciting time where your input will directly shape processes, products, and client outcomes.
The Role
As Program Manager, you'll be the subjectâmatter expert for Creator Sponsorships, managing campaigns endâtoâend and ensuring flawless execution. You must speak fluent English plus German, Spanish, or French.
Responsibilities
- Responding to requests from sales regarding influencer recommendations and campaign operations
- Sourcing and securing creators for campaigns based on client criteria
- Building media plans and joining client pitches/meetings to represent Creator Sponsorships
- Tracking and reporting on campaign execution
- Identifying process gaps and driving solutions across crossâfunctional teams
- Staying close to advertiser feedback to identify new product opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of program management experience
- 3+ years in advertising and influencer marketing
- Experience working with product teams (UX designers, engineers, product managers)
- Professional working proficiency in English plus German, Spanish, or French
Preferred
- Experience in the gaming industry
- Familiarity with twoâsided marketplaces
- Experience with DSPs (DemandâSide Platform)
