Temporary PA to Senior Policy Leaders
Central London | £30.21 - £31.86 per hour | 2-month contract (potential to extend) | ASAP start | Office based with scope for some home working
Are you a highly organised and confident Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy supporting senior leaders, managing complex diaries and bringing calm, structure and professionalism to busy schedules? If so, this temporary PA role could be the perfect fit.
We are looking for an experienced PA to provide exceptional support to two senior policy leaders: a Director and a Head of Policy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and working with stakeholders at all levels.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage complex, confidential diaries and inboxes
- Provide end-to-end logistical support, including meetings, briefings, agendas, presentations and documentation
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries and logistics
- Deliver excellent administrative support, including processing expenses, raising purchase orders and managing invoices
- Arrange internal meetings, book rooms, liaise with speakers, organise catering and take minutes
- Serve as secretariat for the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring action logs, papers and schedules are fully up to date
- Liaise professionally with colleagues, senior stakeholders and external offices
- Handle sensitive information with complete discretion
