Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of robotics orders - from the moment they’re raised to the moment they land on the fulfilment centre floor. You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving.
- Keep sites running smoothly by spotting risks early, monitoring deployment health, and ensuring every order is configured and tracked accurately.
- Be the hub of communication across Procurement, Logistics, Deployment, Finance, and Demand Planning - bringing teams together across multiple EU/UK countries to deliver flawlessly.
- Build clear, confident execution plans that map out timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for multiple robotics projects running at once.
- Coordinate the movement of robotics hardware so inventory arrives exactly when deployment teams need it.
- Stay ahead of supply and demand challenges, identifying bottlenecks before they escalate and driving the right mitigation plans.
- Support post‑deployment needs, helping resolve follow‑up requests and ensuring robotics solutions continue to run smoothly.
